An Opportunity to Become Part of Our R&D Department
Using an in-depth architectural phase and cross-disciplinary, integrated product development, we ensure optimal solutions for new speaker units and systems. Our role is to create unique products and awesome experiences for our customers.

Our Department
As an Acoustician, you will become a member of the development group. There you will be responsible for designing active and passive speaker systems for Home, Pro and Automotive.

You will be responsible for construction from the idea phase and all the way up to introducing the product in Manufacturing. You will be working closely together with your coworkers in a cross-disciplinary project group.

You will apply your extensive expertise in integrated product development. This way, our products will remain unique solutions, and our projects will be completed according to agreed deadlines, prices, and quality.

Your Profile
Your curiosity and skills are essential to completing design projects. You should have a yearning for - and experience in - creating holistic solutions, and you will need to be proactive in seeking out competent colleagues to achieve the best end result.

You want top results. For this reason, a pragmatic approach to the solution will be a major asset. At the same time, when it comes to theory, we expect you to be capable of providing qualified feedback to skilled colleagues from our own organization, as well as from our global business partners.

You probably have a degree in electrical engineering with a specialty in acoustics, or significant R&D experience where you have accumulated knowledge in DSP, acoustics or an equivalent qualification and sound reproduction.

Knowledge of the use of IT tools such as Matlab, Klippel R&D, SoundCheck, or Labview is preferred but not required.

As a person, you are outgoing and thrive in a cross-disciplinary working environment. You are full of ideas, innovative, and capable of inventing creative solutions.

You have a command of both written and spoken English. German skills will be an advantage.
