We are looking for a Process Engineer to take part in our production of Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) optical components.

Key tasks:
- Production support and process control
- Development of new statistical process control system
- Optimization of production processes
- Equipment and process troubleshooting in collaboration with the Service Engineers
Qualifications
You are strong both in experimental work, and production optimization. Some knowledge about semiconductor production processes are an advantage. But most important is a general knowledge about production support and interest in learning the technical processes. Preferably, you will also have skills in the following areas:
- Wafer processing
- Photolithography processes
- Cleanroom production
- Statistical analysis
- Programing (for example SQL)
Working experience from a high-tech manufacturing company will be an advantage. You speak Danish, and master English at high level in both writing and speaking.
Personal skills
You are action-oriented, service minded and highly motivated in solving problems. You are systematic, determined and analytical, and can prioritize multiple tasks in an ever-changing workday.
You are used to planning and managing your own time, meeting deadlines and working with multiple projects. You are outgoing and can communicate easily with a wide range of people in an international organization.
