Are you passionate about people management and excel in managing a multifaceted department with various skillsets in an international work environment? Do you thrive in the exciting field between business & IT and are you excellent at managing many different stakeholders? Then you are the candidate we are looking for.
You will be a member of the IT leadership team reporting directly to the CIO of Novozymes and head up our "Enterprise Consulting and BI solutions" team consisting of 9 direct reports in Denmark and a team lead in Bangalore heading up a team of 5 SAP BI developers.
The skillsets and responsibilities of the department are many-sided and together with your team, you will drive the business dialogues on the core enterprise applications as well as facilitating roadmap discussions with stakeholders in the business. Managing these stakeholders is one of your main responsibilities. You will also be responsible for business consultant involvement in IT projects implementing or changing our core enterprise applications. In some projects, you will represent IT in the steering committee.
Providing consultancy on SAP solutions in ECC, BI and HCM and end-to-end delivery of SAP BI and SAP HCM solutions will also be part of your role. You will continue the test management journey in IT that we have already embarked on, and you will use your experience with managing composed teams including international experience with distance management to further develop the employees in the global team.
Your extensive knowledge about SAP BW/BI, data management and governance and/or solid knowledgebase of SAP will help you support your employees and set a direction for their work. You have experience with the execution of strategies and projects, preferably from analysis to operations where you have been the main driver on business or IT initiatives, probably as a project manager.
Key to your success will be your ability to quickly establish trustful relationships and delivering on your promises to the business.
In this position you need:
- Preferably a master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years management experience, either as project or people manager in an international environment, including experience with distance management
- 5+ years relevant consultant experience in the field between IT and business, preferably in SAP ECC or BI
- Extensive knowledge about SAP BW/BI, data management and governance and/or solid knowledgebase of SAP
- Experience with managing composed teams including international experience with remote management
- Strong communication skills and experience with handling stakeholders at various levels of an organization
- To be extrovert, self-motivated, proactive and good at driving tasks independently
