You will be a member of our fast growing Global Innovation team located at our headquarters in Ballerup. We focus on developing new products and processes that combine several technologies in a new and innovative way.

Your role in our new team
We are on a journey of building up a team focusing primarily on Test and Verification. As an Electrical Safety Specialist your role will be to participate in product development projects from early prototype development to launch of new products. In the projects you will be responsible for defining the electrical safety requirements for our products according to IEC60601 and find ways of testing them. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop and validate electrical test equipment in a global project organisation 

Your background
Preferably you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or another relevant degree. We expect you to have minimum 5 years of experience with requirement setting and interpretation of standards and minimum 3 years of relevant experience with electrical testing in a regulated industry. 

In order to ensure compliance with international standards it is important that you have experience with FDA and ISO regulations, preferably IEC60601-1.

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you to have broad experience in: Performing and handling verification activities, Good understanding of statistical methods and hardware & software development

As a person, you need to be highly analytical and be able to translate elektrical safety standards into Ambu settings.It is important that you take ownership of your tasks as well as being well-structured and good at handling complexity while having a positive and constructive attitude.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in English. In particular, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written English and that you are willing to travel approximately 15-25 days per year.
