Are you eager to work with online communication in a large, international company and apply the knowledge you have gained throughout your studies? Then this position as intranet student assistant might be of interest to you. 

You will be working closely with our Corporate Intranet Manager and our Corporate Editor.

Your challenges
You will be part of our Stakeholder Communication & Sustainability team which is responsible for communicating with several target groups including our employees.

You will primarily be working with our internal digital communication channels, i.e. our intranet, our internal social media and our info screen solutions. You will have close interaction with our global network of Community Managers and Intranet Editors.

Your main tasks will be to:

  • Support our Community Manager network
  • Help produce analytic reports
  • Help with search engine optimisation
  • Help produce info screen material
  • Edit intranet content and publish news stories
  • Train and guide Community Manager network in intranet usage

The working hours will be around 15 hours per week with flexibility of working fewer or more hours in specific weeks according to your study calendar. You will also be able to work from home now and then.

Your qualifications
You think that working in the intersection between digital communications and web technology is interesting.

We imagine that you are studying either IT or Digital communications at DTU, CBS or a similar university. Preferably, you are in the beginning or middle of your studies.

You are service minded, have an outgoing and proactive approach, can work in a structured way with routine tasks and like to work both independently and as a team player.

Preferred skills:

  • Content Management System experience (we use SharePoint Online)
  • Interest in Social Media (we use Yammer within our organisation)
  • Not afraid of simple photo, content and video editing
  • Interest in analytics (we use Google Analytics)
  • Interest in internal digital communication
  • General good communication skills

Lastly, you are fluent in English and Danish (both written and spoken).
