About the department
You will be part of a team consisting of 12 dedicated colleagues. Together we are responsible for a number of high-tech production lines as well as the development and implementation of new lines. This includes that we continuously ensure that we are in compliance with regulatory requirements and that the production is constantly optimised. In addition, we are responsible for a complex project portfolio, including several new product variants and production lines that will be introduced to the building within the coming years.

We place great emphasis on ensuring that everyone takes personal responsibility for quality, tasks, and each other. We set ambitious goals, focus on stable deliveries and never compromise on quality.

The position
Your main task will be to ensure the stability of our packaging lines, so we can maintain our high quality level, increase our capacity and reduce costs. You will be responsible for problem solving in connection with deviations, optimisation and maintenance of our automated packaging lines. In addition, you will support production, update relevant documentation and ensure that equipment and machinery always comply with applicable regulatory requirements. A part of the job will also be to prepare and execute changes and validations as well as participate in relevant internal and external audits in relation to our packaging lines.

On the project side, the tasks include design of new production equipment for the implementation and validation of new technical solutions to the existing equipment. You will also have the opportunity to join our global technical network, where 'best practice' and new trends are shared across all production sites in Novo Nordisk.

We will on an on-going basis ensure that your tasks give you the opportunity to develop your skills and are in line with your wishes and career plans.

Qualifications
You have an academic background preferred as an Engineer, it could be Mechanical, Production or Marine engineer and a great interest for working with pharmaceutical production. You have a high professional standard and communicate well at all levels of the organisation. You like to work with technical solutions and like to produce documentation with a very high quality level.

You are quick to get an overview of complex processes or issues, and are able to solve them in a systematic way. You also have the ability to work independently with difficult tasks while being a team player who likes to add a little extra to the team. Finally, you work fluently in Danish and English.
