UX and Web Optimisation Specialist

The Job
Saxo has just completed a migration of our commercial websites, covering more than 20 countries and languages onto the Sitecore CMS, including a full re-design and structure of the websites. We have just entered the next exciting phase of further developing and optimizing the sites which are the main driver of new clients and business for Saxo Bank. To further strengthen our Global Web Team we are looking for a skilled UX and Web Optimisation specialist.

The Role
You will report to the head of Owned Media and you will be responsible for optimizing the user experiences on Saxo’s websites as well as on new campaign pages with a key focus on increasing conversion rates from visitors to leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Enhancing and evolving the UX of Saxo’s websites with focus on increasing conversion rates from visitors to leads.
• Consulting on the implementation and development of the testing tools/stack
• Establishing a robust process for A/B and multivariate testing of campaign pages
• Designing wireframes for new campaign landing pages based on optimization results
• Building a library of documented best practices and learnings from previous tests

You will be working closely with the following teams: Global Paid Media, Data Science, Brand & Content and Sales.

Required Skills

• You have 5+ years of relevant experience with UX web design, as well as analytical experience optimizing user journeys for increased conversion.
• You have extensive experience with web testing, optimization and analysis.
• You are self-driven in problem solving and discovering new opportunities.
• You are structured in your daily work and approach to solving tasks.
• You have experience with the following solutions: Sitecore, Decibel Insights, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target
• You enjoy teaching others and sharing best practice
• You are fluent in English
• You are interested in trading & investment
