The Job
The Experience Office covers Marketing, PR, Internal communications and related disciplines to secure focus on the client experience internally as well as in client-facing communications. It is a global organization with over 40 people based in CPH and a similar amount of employees working from Saxo offices around the world.

Within the Experience Office, the Social Media Manager belongs to the Brand, Content and Earned Media team. The team consists of 12 people and is responsible for building and leveraging brand equity and with that starting point create, conceptualize, and execute brand and communication strategies. Solutions are to a high degree developed and produced in-house.

As the social media manager, you will be developing and producing content for social media channels and work closely with the Paid Social Media Manager in the global Traffic Acquisition Team in order to optimise the total social media efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Paid Social team to ensure full synergy between content creation and distribution in both paid and organic form
  • Planning, optimising and posting organic content on social media
  • Community management on social media
  • Responsible for governance and brand compliance on social media channels
  • Create and implement social media listening framework

Your Profile
You’re a dedicated and business-minded professional with a strong passion for social media. You understand the importance of tying social media activities to business goals and you regard structure and diligent tracking as key instruments for success. In other words you are performance minded, and you make things happen.

  • Excellent online copy writing and content optimisation skills - you know how to craft the perfect message for social - strong communicator
  • 3-4 years of experience with social media management
  • Understanding of social media in client journey perspective
  • Entrepreneurial minded – you see opportunities to improve, roll-up your sleeves and get it done (whatever it takes)
  • Native or full English language proficiency
  • Full Danish language proficiency is a plus
  • Experience from or knowledge of financial sector is a plus
