Senior Java Developer

Our client, an international company, with years of experience in the automation industry, is looking for a Java developer, that can help them realize a new business opportunity. The development team is in Copenhagen where you will join a team of 6 colleagues and work with 20 dedicated technical colleagues.

The job
Your role as a senior Java developer means you will take the lead on defining and designing the parts of the solution, with which you will be working. You will be playing a role in the overall decisions together with your colleagues, who all are highly educated and competent software developers.

Your primary job assignments include:

• Analysis and specification of solutions for handling Big Data
• Development
• Assisting in testing and handover
• Ongoing dialogue across the team
• Installation, Configuration and Training on site
• Service and Support

You
We imagine that you are either an experienced Java developer, used to taking the lead or passionate about big data and Java, with several projects behind you. You thrive in a high-paced, high performance, goal orientated work environment with a firm focus on quality. We value diversity and welcome applications from different personalities. You will be hired based on your background and documented qualifications.

You speak and write English fluently, and you probably have an advanced technical degree. You have extensive experience with agile development and are used to sharing knowledge with your colleagues. To fit into the team, you have extensive experience with most of these technologies:
