Then you might be Statoil Refining Denmark A/S’ new Leader for electrical and instrument workshop (MAIN ELA).

Statoil Refining Denmark A/S in Kalundborg, is the largest oil refinery in Denmark. The refinery has a capacity of 5,5 million tons/year and approx. 330 employees.

We are now recruiting a Leader for electrical and instrument workshop. 

Electrical and instrument workshop is organized within Maintenance sector.

Maintenance consists of 4 departments, and is responsible for daily maintenance, external suppliers, planning and scheduling, inspection, and warehouse and materials management. The electrical and instrument workshop has 15 skilled technicians and 1 supervisor situated at Statoils workshop and warehouse facilities. The workshop is responsible for maintenance within following disciplines: electrical, instrument, analyzer, process control and HVAC.

Maintenance has an ambitious improvement agenda, with focus areas:

  • Lean culture
  • Safety, security, supplier collaboration, learning
  • Quality and efficiency in job preparation, planning, next-day-preparation and execution.
  • Estimating accuracy and spend control

Job description

  • Resource and task responsible for department
  • Responsible for safe execution of all activities within department
  • Responsible for executing daily maintenance of electrical and instrument equipment. 
  • Ensure execution of maintenance activities within quality, cost and timeframe
  • Ensure collaboration with other departments and stakeholders important for maintenance activities
  • Responsible for daily operation of the electrical and instrumentation workshop
  • Ensure collaboration with suppliers and external expertise related to maintenance activities

Qualifications

  • Master or bachelor degree within electrical or similar education.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Knowledge of SAP for work order management and economics would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both spoken & written
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
  • Experience from leading a maintenance department or similar
