Student Worker for the Portfolio & Platform Engineering Management team in Vejle

We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Portfolio & Platform Engineering Management team in Wind Power Offshore.

The team is part of the Offshore Engineering organization and is responsible to build and maintain product platform roadmaps. Further to develop and implement processes towards stakeholders within Siemens Wind Power such as Supply Chain, Technology, Product Lifecycle Management and Quality Management

You should apply for this position if you are passionate about working with IT systems, extract data and ensure correlation and consistency to be communicated. You would like to develop your competences within business internal interfaces, communication and knowledge in a global company.
You will need to develop an insight in the global set up to find and to challenge the details.

What are my responsibilities?
Within Project Portfolio, KPI-reporting and Engineering Change Management (ECM) to:

  • Generate reports
  • Extract data and create analysis
  • Create presentations – for clear communication
  • Contribute to improve content and appearance
  • Coordinate and execute small tasks
  • Other ad hoc tasks for the team

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You are enrolled in a relevant education and have passed the first semesters with good results (please attach your grade transcripts and write the expected graduation date in your CV)
  • You are an advanced user of MS Office, in particular being very strong at Excel. In general you are highly proficient at working with IT systems
  • You do your utmost to deliver in time and has a high quality awareness
  • You are a team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured
  • You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English both orally and in writing

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
