Production Engineer

We are seeking a top qualified Production Specialist for our Propeller Production.

The company ambition for the propeller business is to be amongst a global top-3 with regards to offering functional product quality and leading technological solutions. In order to fulfill this ambition it is necessary to strengthen our production technical capacity.

You will become part of a team consisting of 11 colleagues (blue and white collar) where high work morale, cooperation and a good sense of humor is essential.

Work assignments:
The main responsibility of the job-function:

• Supporting Production with production technical knowledge
  • Production run-in
  • Standardization
  • Production and cost optimization toward best practice
  • Order follow-up
  • Implementation of new technology / machinery
  • Exploration of the newest trends within production technology
  • Etc.
• Design, Quality, Supporting Sourcing, Sub-suppliers etc. with production technical knowledge.
• Sparring and qualified discussions with sub-suppliers regarding production technical matters.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education - production engineer, marine engineer, production technologist or similar.
• Knowledge of relevant production techniques (machining and assembly), R&D and Lean optimization.
• Business oriented approach towards problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Quality conscious.
• Flexible and creative, and able to work independently.
• Highly motivated for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Experienced level user of the Microsoft Office package.
• Great skills in Danish and English - both orally and written.
