For our IT User Engagement department we are looking for a Student Worker to work with the team in a customer proximity project (UseIT).
User Engagement enables end users to improve productivity through strong Key User communities and appropriate training opportunities. We also drive communication to build a dialog and provide transparency towards our users and business partners within Siemens Wind Power. Furthermore, we support IT projects in delivering sustainable IT solutions by applying standardized change management methodology.
What are my responsibilities?
- Planning and handling of IT promotion events for end users - ‘UseIT roadshows’
- Support the development and maintenance of internal social media groups for users
- Support promoting and improving ONE common end user entry point to IT
- Support in review and concept development of end user IT training sessions ‘UseIT masterclasses’
- Promote the ‘UseIT’ concept to new company locations
- Support the User Engagement team
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- You are enrolled in a relevant higher education on a Masters level e.g. Communication and Social, Digital Design, Business Administration
- As a person you are open minded and have a self-confident personality with high motivation. Furthermore you enjoy working in an international environment
- You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- You are familiar with MS Office and MS Share Point
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
