Supervisor with solid CAD or Plant Specialist background - contributing to the ambitious global project OneEngineering

Who are we?
The OneEngineering program is a global program launched in the after wave of an organizational change program OneGEA which represents a revitalization of the way we organize ourselves in GEA. The program aims to streamline engineering tools as well as core business processes and promote best practice. We focus on both operational excellence and the development of future processes and tools.

We operate the program OneEngineering globally, and the main management departments, together with the core of the project management team are located in Søborg, where GEA has its largest Nordic office with about 600 employees.

All the projects in the program are global, and due to this fact the target group is GEAs entire operations. Taking this into consideration, the projects are both technical as well as transformational, and impact the majority of GEA's approximately 18,000 employees. In 2017 we initiated a number of projects within standardization, optimization and development regarding our business processes, as well as the tools and platforms we use. So we have a lot of exciting tasks ahead.

Hence we in the Technical Domain department are looking for five new colleagues, amongst which a skilled Supervisor with solid specialist background.

The project flows we operate within the program are:

  • Standardization - standardization of labeling, diagrams, symbols
  • OneCAD - common CAD design platform
  • OnePlant - common platform for plant design
  • OnePDM - Joint Engineering Data Management tool
  • Master Data - Governance of data in the Engineering processes
