We offer a newly established position in Group IT as Data Integration Manager. You will be part of a technically skilled team with focus on melting our customer platform with our core platforms together. You’ll get the opportunity to lead, discuss and facilitate business requirements into solid integration solutions serving different business domains. Your job will be to strengthen and create cross-functional collaboration with relevant business partners and via this cooperation ensuring that integrations are aligned with Solar Group commercial data strategy.
What will you be doing, you ask?
As our Data Integration Manager, you'll be responsible for facilitating our integrations in accordance with our commercial architecture and our commercial data strategy. And consequently, you will be responsible for achieving progress in alignment across departments and integration projects deliverables. We want you to be a first mover and participate in the design and selection of future time-to-market integrations. Also, you will take part in translating business needs into process definitions and robust soltions.
You will have key role in facilitating test, implementation, development and documentation of integrations in agreement with our policies and governance. As we are in the middle of changing our outlook and focus, establishing data and process principles is of high importance. Through it all, we expect you to have an innovative mind-set – as group IT are in the middle of an agile transformation - and that you are able to build and operate on our future digital platforms.
Your primary tasks will be:
- To ensure process and data alignment across Solar Group by facilitate the work around the integration
- To make sure that our integration design supports commercializing of data
- To prioritize integrations via coordination across businesses with the added value in mind
- To ensure the lifecycle of the integration
- To ensure progress in data deliverables and they are realized with commercial holistic perception
What we wish to see in you
We're looking for a passionate and committed person with a proactive and structured approach. We think of you as someone with a relevant education within information technology combined with several years’ experience with business processes (SAP), and you understand the potential that lies within solid data management.
You are self-driven and have a strong business sense. You are a strong communicator with excellent spoken and written English skills. You are also a solid facilitator with a holistic perspective, and you appreciate the importance of collaborating. Furthermore, you are ready to engage in a new role where you and your manager together define the success criteria. Finally, you have a basic knowledge within a wide range of skills: PI, API, Data Services, Web services etc.
