Project Controller for our ambitious global engineering program

Who are we?
Technical Engineering is a global unit in GEA created in 2015 as part of a larger revitalization process of the way we organize ourselves in GEA. We are responsible for selecting and applying engineering tools to streamline core business processes as well as to promote best practice. We focus on both operational excellence and the development of future processes and tools.

We operate the program OneEngineering globally. The majority of the department management as well as the core of our project management team are located in Søborg, where GEA has its largest Nordic office with about 600 employees. You will be part of the project management team.

All the projects in the program are global, the project scope is GEA's entire operations. Taking this into consideration, the projects are of considerate scale both technically as well as with regards to change management, and impact the majority of GEA's approximately 18,000 employees. In 2017 we initiate a number of projects within standardization, optimization and development, scoping both our business processes, as well as the tools and platforms we use. So we have a lot of exciting tasks ahead of us.

Right now, we are looking for a number of new colleagues, among others a strong Project Controller to support a professional project management with definition and monitoring of KPIs, dash boards and in general tools, processes and visualizations to make the project gains visible and easy communicated toward stakeholders as well as upper management.

To grow and excel in your role, you work with others to keep up with things and build and maintain strong working relationships. Your key competence is to translate a strong business understanding into clear visualizations of the progression and added value of the program and the sub-streams.
