Project Consultant to facilitate customer centric solutions and enable benefit realisation

Join us and become Project Consultant in the Project Analysis & Change Management department, where you will join ambitious project consultants and change managers who provide services ranging from building the business case, scoping the project, developing requirements and process modelling to the actual organisational change management and implementation. You will work in close collaboration with project managers and stakeholders at all organisational levels from both business and IT, whilst sparring with your colleagues. 

Project Analysis & Change Management is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. 

You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. 

Your key tasks will be to 

• agree with the project managers on your deliverables (estimate, output and deadline) and deliver accordingly 
• facilitate workshops for projects and business stakeholders 
• drive requirement elicitation and requirement maturation for projects to shorten the go-to-market time on project delivery as well as to ensure user friendly outcome of projects 
• establish and maintain a clear line of sight in projects from defined benefits and objectives to specific project deliverables via benefit mapping exercises 
• take full responsibility for the organisational change management activities in projects and secure a close link to the receiving business stakeholders 
• establish communication plans and channels and ensure that these are anchored within the project 
• make yourself available for supporting your fellow project consultants, project managers and other colleagues in IT and the business.

Your qualifications and core competences include that you 

• have expert-level facilitation skills - perhaps as a Certified Business Facilitator 
• possess outstanding communication skills and have the ability to deploy these in a project context 
• have excellent analytical skills and can combine these with a strategic mindset 
• can demonstrate that you have successfully deployed your specialist skills in organisational change management, maybe also in an agile context 
• have some experience in process modelling, perhaps as a LEAN manager 
• are experienced in qualifying a business case and have conducted benefit mapping workshops. 

Moreover, you have some knowledge of the prerequisites for building user-friendly solutions (UX/UI) and are motivated by servicing multiple projects in parallel with an open mind to changing environments. You are team-oriented and fueled by sparring with your colleagues, and you see the value of openly sharing learnings. In addition, you are inspirational, motivating, humble and work for the common goal, without jeopardising your own personal beliefs and qualities. 

As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write Danish and English fluently. We expect that you can meet people at eye-level with a collaborative mindset, and that you are regarded as a trusted advisor by your peers. 

It will an advantage if you have experience as a Management Consultant or Process Consultant or similar with a background from working in a project organisation, and if you have a strong track record of achievements.
