Your challenges
We are in search for a new colleague to join our After Market Sales & Support (AMS) team, we are placed in Hørsholm, Østbirk and Skjern. You will be part of a dedicated team of 15 colleagues responsible for giving technical product support and advising our sales companies within all technical aspects of our products.

You will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support and maintaining technical documentation for blind and shutter product area. Furthermore, you will ensure that our products are used, installed and configured correctly.

Your primary tasks will be to:

Provide daily technical product support to our sales companies
Build and maintain good relations to our stakeholders in the markets
Provide support through technical market insight to our R&D operations teams
Ensure an up to date technical knowledge database for internal use
Develop service solutions and perform root cause analysis of returned products
Participate as consultant in quality meetings and give input to quality reports
Participate as consultant in our new product launch stage gate projects and ensure design for service
Facilitate product training and cross organisational knowledge share workshops
Update technical documentation in connection with product news and changes

As you will be part of a global organisation, it is a prerequisite that you are able to travel approx. 30-40 days per year across our sites in Denmark and our sales companies in Europe. Your workplace will be either Østbirk or Hørsholm.

Your qualifications
You hold an education of mechanical engineer, designer or technician. Maybe a degree in export/business engineering preferably with experience from service and support.

You are a can-do person, a strong team player with a constructive mind-set that possess great drive. You are fluent in English and Danish both orally and in writing and you collaborate easily with people from different cultural backgrounds - both internally and externally.

It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many different stakeholders and that you can achieve results in this type of environment. You have a structured and persistent approach to task solving and take pride in completing your tasks on time. You like having a busy schedule and enjoy juggling several different tasks in a dynamic environment.
