Global Sales Manager to Valmet´s lime kiln business
You may be the Global Sales Manager we are looking for to sell our lime kiln solutions and continue developing our lime kiln business. Valmet continues to develop our successful lime kiln business so join us and embark on an exciting journey in a dynamic and agile environment.
A prerequisite to be able to master this position is that you are an engaged and positive person with a passion for working with technologies and business.
Your main responsibilities are to develop business concepts and sell our products and solutions to our customers over the word. The scope ranges from single products to large turnkey capital projects which are sold together with colleagues from Valmet’s global offices. You will prepare and do sales presentations, develop technical and commercial offers together with our engineers and supply chain organization and participate in the negotiations.
Most important you have the right drive and entrepreneurial attitude to co-operate, perform and be part of a team of dedicated colleagues in an informal atmosphere. You are robust and are used to work in a hectic and fast pace environment with many parallel ongoing projects.
You have a technical background preferably with process knowledge, e.g., on Master or Bachelor degree-level or equivalent. Ideally, you have been working with rotary kiln industry and if not then you are not worried about having a steep learning curve.
To be successful you need to have a commercial mindset, be an experienced communicator and be motivated by working with people from across geographical and cultural boundaries. You are robust and can creative innovative solutions to apparent difficult problems.
International business experience with complex and challenging industrial capital projects, willingness to travel and fluency in minimum English are all required for this position.
