Student Worker for the Equipment Development team in Brande

We are looking for a self-driven Student Worker to support our Equipment Development team in Brande. 

The team is part of a newly established Onshore Logistics organization within Wind Power. The department is responsible for the entire equipment process; from development and retrofit of equipment, to order handling, delivering, receiving, inspecting and maintaining outbound, transport, installation and service equipment to our onshore wind turbines. Equipment Development is based in Brande and currently employs approx. 70 employees.

What are my responsibilities in this position?

  • Preparing documents, reports and monthly follow-ups
  • Updating catalogues and project overviews/forecasts
  • Administrative tasks in regards to SharePoint 2013
  • Other administrative ad hoc tasks for the team

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You are enrolled in a higher education, Bachelor or Master level (please write the expected graduation date in your CV)
  • You have strong communication skills
  • As a person you are analytic, outgoing and a quick learner
  • You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team
  • You are an advanced user of MS Office and SharePoint 2013
  • You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing
