For our newly established Rotor & Nacelle (RNA) department within Wind Power - Offshore Engineering - we are looking for a self driven student worker to support the team with tools & methods enabling efficient business operation.

We are a global team with overall responsibility for design of the Rotor, Nacelle, Generator and Blades of execution projects and we are continuously in search of bright talents to contribute to our growth.

The team is part of a newly established Onshore Logistics organization within Wind Power. The department is responsible for the entire equipment process; from development and retrofit of equipment, to order handling, delivering, receiving, inspecting and maintaining outbound, transport, installation and service equipment to our onshore wind turbines. Equipment Development is based in Brande and currently employs approx. 70 employees.

What are my responsibilities in this position?

  • Independently define and execute a potential master thesis topic within the given parameters of our business
  • Support the Rotor Nacelle Department to achieve its targets in regards to Quality, Product and Processes
  • Drive the development, implementation and formalization of tools, processes and concepts
  • Internal and external knowledge sourcing, transfer, and alignment
  • Provide operational, project management, and other ad-hoc support to RNA Management team

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You are an enrolled student within industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar technical studies on Masters level
  • You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point as a minimum), knowledge in VBA, SQL and other data base development would be an advantage
  • Previous experience with technical project management and JIRA are helpful
  • As a person you are independent and capable of working and making decision on your own. You have a structured approach to your work and the capability to quickly perceive and learn new processes and programs
  • You have strong analytical thinking, flexible mindset and are able to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • You are able to communicate fluently in English – oral as well as written, German and/or Danish are helpful but not required
