Your challenges
We are in search for a new colleague to join our After Market Sales & Support (AMS) Team based at VELUX Group Headquarters in Hørsholm. You will be part of a dedicated team of fifteen colleagues responsible for giving product technical support and advising our European sales companies within all technical aspects of our core products.

You will be responsible for providing support and maintaining technical documentation for a specific product area. Furthermore, you will ensure that our products are used and installed correctly by installers.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Provide daily technical product support to our European sales companies
• Guide external installers on-site about our core products to ensure correct use and installation
• Update technical documentation in connection with product news and changes
• Collect input and feedback from the European sales companies and liaise with our Product Development Team in order to improve, optimise and develop our products so that they match the needs of our customers
• As you will be part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel approx. 30-40 days per year across Denmark and Europe.

Your qualifications
You are at the beginning of your career as a Constructing Architect and/or have an education as Engineer, preferably with experience as a Carpenter or similar. We also expect of you to be well acquainted with the MS Office tools and AutoCAD.

You are a strong team player, possess great drive and excellent communication skills. You possess a strong command in English and Danish both orally and in writing and collaborate easily with people from different cultural backgrounds - both internally and externally.

It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many different stakeholders and that you can achieve results in this type of environment. You have a structured and persistent approach to task solving and take pride in completing your tasks on time. You like having a busy schedule and enjoy juggling several different tasks in a dynamic environment.
