We are looking for an inquiring, innovative, inspiring colleague to join our Production Technology & Engineering department. You will be part of our GROW with Us programme, where you will have a unique opportunity to make a difference and advance fast in your career. We are looking for someone with the skills and interest in working with all kind of new production technologies that can develop VELUX Production for the future - additive manufacturing, internet of things, connectivity, digitalization et. al.

Your opportunities
As a Production Technologies Expert, you will be a part of a team of app. 90 colleagues focusing on developing production processes and technologies. You will be leading the activities consisting in scouting, selecting, testing and implementing the newest available production technologies that will bring competitive advantages to the VELUX Group (Industry 4.0, Industry Of The Future…).

You will be evolved in the heart of a strategic initiative, interacting with colleagues, support systems across the supply chain and production companies all over Europe.

Who are you?
People often describe you as hardworking, analytical and they say that you have a hands-on approach to business and are not afraid to take on new tasks or operate in new areas under changing conditions. You are comfortable dealing with complex assignments with a relatively high degree of ambiguity and are intrigued by a possible leadership position in the future. 

Furthermore:

• You have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience and a track record of being a high performer.
• You are mobile, fluent in English and you are considering an international and multi-cultural work environment to be a great advantage and something you value.
