ServiceNow Platform Architect, Group IT

COWI was one of the first Danish companies to implement and use ServiceNow, thus we have a well-developed system environment and many active users on the system. We have many exciting projects in the pipeline to support processes within our internal Group IT and in our outgoing business units. Consequently, we are looking for a Platform Architect to manage the system responsibility for ServiceNow and to continue the development of the entire platform - would that be of interest to you, please read on.

COWI uses ServiceNow both to support our ITIL processes and as a strategic development platform. You will be part of a team of 3 IT consultants and report to the Head of Section of the area. However, your daily focus is on your customers and projects.
 
Specialist ind servicenow 
You are certified within ITIL Foundation and have 3 to 5 years of experience as ServiceNow administrator. You have the overview of applications and modules in ServiceNow. You have experience within Java and integration to other systems like SCCM, MS SCOM etc. and have experience within development and databases.
 
Work tasks and responsibilities 

• You will create and maintain an overview of the architecture for the entire platform
• You will ensure coherence with other systems and data in COWI
• You will implement and improve governance processes for both operations and development on the platform
• You will manage and participate in support, development and new implementations on the platform
• You will work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows and to resolve support issues
• You will cooperate closely with developers and other stakeholders in COWI as well as vendors and user groups
• You will take part in the ongoing support of the platform including scripting, configuration, integration and administration
• You will communicate ServiceNow processes, operations and capability information to all levels of management and other applicable resources
