In Odense Maritime Technology A/S (OMT) we experience a continuous increase in the number of assignments within the ship design area, and for that reason we are looking for committed colleagues daring to take on the challenge of international consultancy within the maritime world.
OMT are looking for an experienced QA manager who will be responsible for our Quality system. We use the quality system tool to ensure quality in our deliverables and to drive continuously improvement of our processes and workflows.

Task:
- OMT quality system management / maintenance
- ISO 9001:2015 certificate
- Internal Audits
- QA/QC awareness / training
- KPI follow up / reporting to management
- NCR management
- Facilitate continuous improvement in our processes
- Drive documentation of best practices / workflows
- Manage OMT document control
Job location: OMT A/S, Sverigesgade 4, Odense C - Denmark
Professional requirements
- B.Sc. in Production Engineering or similar relevant education
- At least 5 years of experience is preferred
- Experienced in QA/QC work, preferable ISO 9001:2008 / 2015
- Familiar with complex engineering processes
- English skills at an excellent level both written and verbal
- QA in Digital processes / data management
Personal requirements
- Experienced with global cooperation
- High level of tolerance and good cultural understanding
- High communication skills
- Mediator and facilitator
- Proactive and result-oriented
