Senior AIM Project Manager

Recently Coloplast has launched a large innovation transformation called “Innovation Excellence” in order to enhance the innovation process. The Senior AIM Project Manager will be a key player in ensuring that Coloplast delivers new and innovative Chronic Care products to the market.
The department is part of the Project Management organisation within Global R&D.

The Senior AIM Project Manager will report directly to the VP Project Management and be responsible for the following areas of responsibility and tasks:

• Facilitating the entire project including the technical project development and production set-up with the clinical and commercial ambitions – this includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of projects.
• Leading large, cross-functional teams that consist of one or more Technical Project Managers, Functional Project Managers, and a large number of Specialists in the pursuance of delivering on project scope and KPI’s.
• Facilitating cross-functional communication with business partners to ensure alignment of plan objectives with activities as well as identifying and monitoring risks.
• Contributing to the improvement of Coloplast’s cross-organisational set-up by anchoring the innovation transformation and change in working method within your department.
• Implementing and executing the competences and skillset needed according to Coloplast’s guideline and governance within project management. Furthermore, you will assess innovative solutions and methodologies to foster best practices, quality, and process efficiency.

As a successful Senior AIM Project Manager you will improve Coloplast’s ability to deliver innovative products faster to the market and at a lower cost as well as improve and enhance the way project management is conducted at Coloplast.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management and/or programme management experience.
• Solid experience with successfully delivering projects and leading groups of +25 persons.
• Experience with leading and mentoring project teams.
• Comfortable with/thrive in a continuous improvement environment and able to identify and succeed in delivering improvements within the way of working.
• Strong capabilities within stakeholder management and experience with collaboration in large organisations.
• Experience with working in a matrix structure.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
