NNE is an international company specialised in pharma engineering. As such, Fill & Finish is an integral part of the services we deliver to our customers. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Global Technology Partner within Fill & Finish, who can act as a trusted advisor and bring deep technology and industry insight to our strategic customers around the world. As Global Technology Partner within Fill & Finish, you will drive leadership of this global core area through succession mentoring, concept and strategy development. You will help activate best practice to ensure that our customers receive the best solutions. You will take a dual role as thought technology leadership and apply your capabilities to shape the future pharma facilities and operations.
You will work with the best
As Global Technology Partner, you will be part of NNE's Global Best Practice department. Global Best Practice takes the lead in addressing our strategic customers’ most important challenges, providing technology and industry insights and acting as trusted advisors. Our prime objective - and yours - is to activate our global knowledge so that our customers can benefit from NNE's pharma engineering expertise. You will be part of a team where customer satisfaction, global knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and best practice are key words. Your colleagues will be highly competent and internationally acknowledged experts who represent in-depth experience from operations and consultancy. We have a clear-cut ambition to make a difference for our customers, deliver best-in-class quality and solve their most complex challenges.
We expect great things from you
As a Global Technology Partner, you will take a global role, working with strategic customers and skilled colleagues across the world. Travelling is thus an integral part of the job and we expect a great deal of flexibility as well as an interest in cross-cultural behaviours and business models. You will be involved in setting the direction and develop standards for the pharma industry.
As our new Global Technology Partner within Fill & Finish, your top three tasks are:
Support sales activities
- Work closely together with our Account Managers to engage with customers and position yourself as a technology expert within your field.
- Help position NNE as a leading pharma engineering and consulting company in the global arena by appearing as keynote speaker and participant at relevant industry events and exhibitions.
Act as trusted advisor for strategic customers globally
- Inspire, challenge and share trends and best practices in market with customers and gain an in depth understanding of customers' needs and drivers
- Translate customers' needs to decide on technological direction/operational improvements, including concept and scope
- Activate global best practice (and experts) to ensure customers receive the best solution
- Act as a role model and show the way by developing and delivering state-of-the-art consultancy work within your field
- Deliver excellent services to customers in all countries
Drive continuous development of our Fill & Finish area
- Maintain and build knowledge by monitoring technological/ engineering advancements and market trends in relation to the customers' business
- Support succession planning and development of successors through mentoring, coaching and sharing best practices
- Lead concept development and improvement of new and existing offerings/solutions within core area
- Develop strategy within global core area and submit this as input to the overall NNE strategy, business planning and global competency development
Qualifications
- You hold an academic degree B.SC., M.SC., or PH. D. in a relevant technical and commercial field
- You have a minimum 15 years of experience in the area of expertise including consultancy experience
- You have gained expertise from complex, global projects and are known as an industry leader in your field
- You have a minimum 15 years of experience in one or more of the following Fill & Finish areas: Compounding and formulation, Wash and Sterilisation, Filling using RABS and Isolator technologies, Inspection and Freeze drying
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You have personal drive, a positive mind-set and a good sense of humour
