We are looking for a Project Manager within Group IT in Copenhagen.
Job description:
We are looking for a Project Manager within Group IT in Copenhagen. The position is in our IT Project Portfolio Office in Copenhagen, where all information and decisions on IT Projects are managed for the entire Group IT across Europe. In the division MAN Diesel & Turbo Copenhagen, the IT Project Portfolio Office consists of a team of three colleagues. They all report directly to the Head of IT Governance.
Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for managing the IT Project Portfolio for MAN Diesel & Turbo
- Preparation of top management decision materials (up to Executive Board level)
- Development and enhancement of IT Governance processes and tools
- Direct contact for IT Competence Centre Mangers for planning new projects
- Support senior IT management in planning project and department budgets
- Interaction with business managers in regular decision meetings
Your Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluent English plus fluent Danish or German (ideal candidate is strong in all three languages)
- IT Skills: Very strong in MS Office; MS SharePoint is desirable not a must
- Very good interpersonal skills, self-starter, ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Creative, organised, service oriented, team player
- Good facilitation skills, ability to conduct decision meetings with senior staff
Education/background:
University Degree (Bachelor or Master equivalent) in economics, IT or similar Minimum 3-5 years of job experience in IT or Business related projects Work experience in consulting industry or similar roles in larger companies Strong interest in IT Project Management and IT Portfolio Management
