We are busy establishing a new team and we are looking for a new colleague to help building a new PLM organisation. If you would like to be a vital part of ensuring that process structure and operations are running smoothly when implemented, then read on an apply, because this position may be the next exciting step in your career.

Your challenges
Reporting directly to the manager of the PLM department, your main tasks will be to help building the PLM end-to-end process securing and controlling continuous improvements.

The main purpose of our department is to ensure more efficient cooperation and accuracy when we develop new products. This is why it is very important that we find a talented colleague, who will play an important role ensuring alignment with the business, Stage-Gate processes and the local process owners.

In addition, you will support our team with your expertise when implementing and supporting the PTC Windchill solution.

Other main tasks will include to:

  • Deliver service and maintain operations after implementation
  • Define and scope PLM applications ensuring that content and interfaces are clearly articulated
  • Perform business process analysis
  • Work with delivery teams to produce and deliver the architectural elements
  • Integrate new functionalities aligning PLM capabilities with business needs
  • Add value to our key user community and “train the trainer”

Collaborating closely with process owners, IT, project management and our external outsourcing partner, you will also be involved in securing alignment between crucial business process and PLM.

As you will be part of an international company, you can expect to travel approx. 20 days a year.

Your qualifications
We expect that you have a relevant degree within IT, engineering or economics with at 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a larger organisation - perhaps as PLM specialist, consultant or architect.

You are able to demonstrate solid knowledge of business processes and PLM architecture – and it will be an advantage if you have obtained your PLM architecture experience from a product development environment. In addition, you have a high proficiency in PLM programs such as Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP or Enovia.

Your strong point is your structured and analytical approach to task solving and your ability to take responsibility when needed. While taking great pride in being thorough and detail oriented in your work, you are also able to see the big picture and meet your deadlines.

On a more personal level, you are open minded, flexible with a forthcoming manner and a healthy sense of humour.

Competencies such as excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as fluency in English is a prerequisite since you will engage with stakeholders from different parts of our organisation, various cultures and external partners.

Your opportunities
You will be joining the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) department - a newly established department with a holistic approach, embracing all parts of product development in uniform global PLM processes.

We offer you a challenging position with the possibility to build up a state-of-the-art PLM process landscape in a company with a strong brand that leads the market within sustainable indoor living.
