Senior Portfolio Analyst with advanced Primavera skills

Would you like to maintain and develop our project & portfolio management tool enabling reporting and analysis across our wind farm projects?

Join us and become Senior Portfolio Analyst in our Portfolio Management team, which is part of Wind Power’s Portfolio Excellence department. We are a dedicated team, providing top management and other relevant stakeholders with transparent portfolio reports and analyses. To enable high-quality portfolio reporting, we manage and develop tools supporting standardised project management across offshore wind projects. As Senior Portfolio Analyst, you work on our project & portfolio management system, ensuring that it supports the standardised processes across our projects.

The department is part of Wind Power which has 1800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe.

You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work.

Your key duties will be to

  • prepare portfolio reports and benchmark analyses in close cooperation with your colleagues maintain existing Primavera configuration and enterprise global data enabling cross-project reporting
  • advise and support users in the utilisation of the project and portfolio management tool (Primavera) according to our business processes
  • participate in the development and implementation of new tool functionalities that support new business processes
  • participate in the development of standardised portfolio reports and perform benchmark analysis to provide our managers with trustworthy data for their decision-making.

Your qualifications and core competences include that you

  • hold a master’s or bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent, and have documented work experience in the administration of Primavera as project and portfolio management system
  • have good understanding of scheduling and resource planning, preferably as described in the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework
  • are able to understand business processes, and to provide technical solutions to specific business needs. Ideally, you are familiar with business intelligence systems for data analysis and reporting
  • strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers and stakeholders
  • speak and write English fluently.

Preferably, you have experience from large construction projects, preferably within the offshore or wind energy sectors, and you have a proactive and pragmatic approach to the development of new solutions and data analysis that satisfy customer needs.
