FOSS Analytical A/S is looking for an ambitious and highly skilled engineer to drive the development and innovation on future analytical solutions for the food process industry.

The job
To drive innovation on new analytical solutions for the food industry we are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced process engineer.

As front-end innovator you will be responsible for developing futuristic scenarios outlining where process technology within dairy, meat and agriculture production is expecting to develop. From these scenarios you will be responsible for identifying potential commercial opportunities for process analytics to support this development. Finally, together with a highly skilled cross-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for transforming these opportunities into well defined development project that can be handed over to R&D development teams.

As front-end innovator you will be responsible for a portfolio of activities ranging from POP studies conducted externally in corporation with customers R&D organization to project management of internal business and technical development projects at FOSS.

Qualifications
Preferred candidates hold a Ph.D. degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline, and have substantial experience working with industrial food processing technology. Candidates with a proven track record of being able to identify and drive forward new ideas and opportunities will be preferred. Also, practical experience with deployment/integration of process equipment in dairy, meat or agriculture processing plans will be an advantage.
