Join us at an exciting time where you put your business development skills to the test to impact how we work with our service customers. Travelling across the Nordic and Benelux countries as well as Ireland and England, you will gain a huge contact base as well as broad insight into a global company.  

Business development through service optimization
As Service Business Manager, you will be a part of a team, where the overall role is to support assigned service sales tasks in the NCE region (Nordics, Benelux, Ireland and England) as well as providing direction and alignment to specific GEA country organizations. To do this, you must gain an understanding of the business and market to assess how we can further develop the business. Your focus will be on the right combination of advanced service products, which the GEA country organizations offer their customers in relation to the GEA Service strategy. And you will focus on how existing processing plants can be optimized.  

In particular, you will:
Provide support to the GEA country organizations in the NCE region, focusing on Solution Service Provide input to budgets and participate in budget follow-up to coordinate the process Support the development of the service organizations in terms of building the right competences to provide Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) based services to our customers Foster the exchange of best practices Support and drive launch initiatives for new service products into the countries
You will be instrumental in continuously improving our service solutions. Your goal is to help our customers focus on their business and market challenges with a constant focus on meeting changing requirements and ensuring that every aspect of their production processes is optimized.  

Grow professionally
You will take on an exciting and independent position which will take you travelling approximately 30-40 % of your time to build relationships, collaborate and share information with colleagues and customers. As such, you will gain a broad insight into the entire Service organisation. For the right person, this can be a stepping stone to a managerial position within GEA.   You can work from any of our GEA companies located within the NCE area.  

Do you have what it takes?
You must have process understanding combined with an understanding of value chain dependencies. You have commercial acumen and solid experience with business development; perhaps you have a background working with service contracts for large, international organizations. You likely hold a degree in engineering and / or a commercial education. As a person, you enjoy working with others and you possess excellent communication, collaboration and networking skills. You are self-motivated and understand the importance of moving projects forward, always meeting deadlines.
