Chr. Hansen is looking for a new Product Manager for Probiotics in the business unit Human Health.  
 
To support the continuous strong growth of the Human Health business unit in Chr. Hansen and to further strengthen the collaboration between customers and internal stakeholders in our cross-functional teams, we are looking for a young and ambitious Product Manager. The position is placed within our Global Product Management & Support Department, located at our Chr. Hansen headquarters in Hoersholm.  
 
The Global Product Management & Support Department consists of a team of 6 dedicated employees and forms part of our Global Commercial Development team in the Human Health business unit. This unit develops, produces, commercializes and sells probiotic cultures to the dietary supplement, pharmaceutical and infant formula industries.  
 
We work in strong partnerships with both global and local customers, which comprises top-players within our target industries, assisting them in developing new and improved product solutions.  
 
Global Product Management & Support ensures commercialization of new products, shapes the future probiotic product lines and manages day-to-day activities throughout all stages of a products life-cycle.  
 
Your key tasks 

• You will be working closely together with our Global Product Managers, supporting them in their daily work with contact to our sales organization as well as our value chain (supply, production, regulatory, innovation, application, quality, documentation, registration, etc)  
• You will contribute to and help maintain our systems, e.g. updating of master data and team-sites  
• You will work with product change management, ensuring product changes are implemented correctly and efficiently across the relevant departments and communicated reliably to our stakeholders  
• You will be responsible for maintenance and execution of online sales support tools (e.g. support guides and various reports), in order to optimize the product support to our sales organization  
• You will contribute and input to various performance reports and dash-boards  

 
Your Personal profile  

• Preferably you have 1-3 years of professional experience from a bio-/life science or food-related industry  
• You have a scientific background, MSc in Food Science, Bioscience or similar - and/or more importantly, you are interested in and will enjoy working in a more commercial oriented setting utilizing your technical background  
• You are detailed oriented, but at the same time have a sense of urgency  
• You thrive in the setting of an international environment with multiple activities running in parallel  
• You like working in cross-functional teams where strong communication skills are key, taking pride in ensuring that we all achieve and succeed as a team  
• You are fluent in English and have strong IT-skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
