We are looking for a new colleague for our team IT Business Partnering Finance in Kolding that is part of VELUX Global IT. With special focus on the production and sales related finance processes and integration, we support the financial business areas and processes with IT solutions and innovation, primarily in SAP.
Your challenges
Collaborating closely with our Global Process Owners, Group Finance, our strategic SAP sourcing partner and other colleagues from abroad, you will be responsible for developing and supporting SAP processes and applications. In addition, you will be counsel and sparring partner to the organisation.
Besides collaborating with many stakeholders, you will work with the total process (plan, build, and run) which will give you a unique project insight and proactively drive process improvements and/or implement new technology within specific areas.
Your tasks will include to:
- Lead and participate in selected business and IT projects
- Adjust processes in collaboration with other teams and outsourcing partners
- Implement SAP solution within new and existing areas
- Facilitate new processes and/or new IT solutions to existing processes within finance
- Instruct in the use of applied systems of economy and reporting
- Participate in support tasks solving business related questions and technical issues
The role as IT business partner also includes to be lead on selected core processes within finance. After a while, we will empower you to act as support or in other FI/CO areas, where we expect you to handle and solve smaller SAP issues.
As you will be part of a global company, you must expect approx. 20-30 travel days per year.
Your qualifications
Your SAP toolbox is in place and you have at least 3 years of experience with SAP FI/CO including a relevant background within economics e.g. cand.merc.aud., HD/R or cand.oecon.
Through your previous jobs, you have gained solid knowledge of the financial Danish processes within accounting and economics – and perhaps knowledge of the international processes. It will be an advantage if you also have knowledge of BW, BI, BPC or SAP Asset Management.
Experience with integration and data processing as well as SAP user interfaces will definitely be a plus. You have a professional drive and a structured approach to task solving.
You have an open and forthcoming manner. The role as Business Partner demand that your collaboration and communication skills are in top, that you have the ability to build close relations across borders and that you are fully proficient in English both orally and in writing.
