Group IT covers an organization of 110 dedicated and engaged IT specialists in 10 countries. The department provides services to COWI's business lines. Our vision is to create a professional and outstanding Group IT function. 
 
We are looking for an IT supporter to our IT onsite support team in Lyngby consisting of 3 persons. You will refer to the Head of Section for the team; however, your daily focus will be on support of the more than 1000 IT users in Lyngby.
 
FLAIR FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING 
You have a relevant IT background, and certified ITIL practitioner is considered an advantage.
 
Your primary work tasks will be:

• Registration of all inquiries in English in our ServiceDesk system (ServiceNow)
• Installation and set-up of PCs
• Troubleshooting, test of equipment and PC configuration
• Purchase, installation and error handling of PCs, tablets and mobile phones
• Preparation and maintenance of user manuals and videos
• Technical support of COWI's standard applications and HW equipment
• Support to conference and meeting rooms, printers and any other local technical equipment
