Product Engineer

Mellanox Technologies Denmark is looking for Product Engineer to support the development of semiconductor products. This position combines understanding of IC or system level design and DFT features, test development and production management of IC projects. It involves also cooperation with various design departments, manufacturing team, subcontractors as well as external customers to develop the product.

Areas of responsibilities:

• IC Test development.
• Production control
• Yield enhancement and test time reduction
• Data collection and data analysis
• IC failure analysis and debug
• Test/HW debug

Education:
B.Sc/M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from a leading university with Beneficial Experience and Skills Experience in electrical engineering with both hardware and software.

Experience:

• > 2 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
• New outstanding graduates will be considered as well
• Knowledge of IC product & test engineering

Advantage:

• J750 / UltraFlex ATE experience
• Known of probability and statistics tools, JMP for example
• Knowledgeable in DFT techniques
• Good understanding of circuits and layout
• Understanding of CMOS and bipolar devices and product reliability
