Your role in our new team
We are about to build up a new team primarily focused on Test and Verification. As Test and Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for test and verification activities in product development projects, including, verification, planning, conducting tests as well as writing protocols and reports. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop and validate test methods together with your colleagues and to some extent coordinate test activities related to global projects.
Your background 
We expect you to hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within mechanical/material engineering or equivalent and minimum three years of relevant experience in test and verification. In order to ensure compliance with international standards, it is important that you have experience with FDA and ISO regulations, preferably from the medical devices industry.

Furthermore, we expect that you have experience in:

  • Planning and execution of Test and Verification activities
  • Understanding statistical methods
  • Standard test equipment
  • Development and qualification of test methods
  • Understanding the Design Control Process

In addition, you have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the relation between test and verification activities towards ensuring safe, solid and user-friendly applications for the customers and patients. As this role is independent, you need to take ownership of your tasks as well as work in a structured manner and be good at handling complexity while having a positive and constructive attitude.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English. In particular, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written English and that you are willing to travel approximately 10-20 days per year.
