Do you like to help and provide support and ensure good user experience in a complex and technical PLM set-up? Moreover, are you an open and forthcoming person that takes pride in ensuring high quality first-line support to key users and end users in a busy work day? Then you might be the person we are looking for in this position.

Your challenges
You will be a part of the Product Lifecycle Management department, whose main purpose is to ensure more efficient cooperation and accuracy when developing new products. We have a holistic approach and embrace all parts of product development in uniform global PLM processes. You will report directly to the manager of the PLM department.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Supporting the global key user community with queries about the various PLM tools
  • Continuously improving support material for the local key users
  • Occasionally training key users and end users in PLM tools
  • Being the link between the organisation and the core PLM team in connection with difficult queries.

As you will be supporting users in different countries and will be working with our back-end IT support, you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

Your qualifications
We expect you to have a relevant degree and a couple of years’ experience as IT supporter from an international company. You know your way around PLM and tools, so you easily can help your colleagues.

A good first hand knowledge around PLM and CAD as well as related processes, preferably PTC Windchill and Solidworks, is a clear advantage.You are used to working in a global setting; you have good business acumen and take pride in assisting and supporting your colleagues. You have a structured and analytical approach to your work, always thinking one-step ahead with a focus on finding the best solution for your colleagues and the business.

You have an open and forthcoming manner and you collaborate and communicate with ease across professional, national and cultural boundaries. Positive energy and drive describes your working style and you have a pragmatic approach to solving problems for your colleagues.
