And are you able to transform complex technical information into simple communication? Then you may be our new IT Service Delivery Manager at VELUX IT.
You will be part of our IT Service & Performance function and you will be responsible for the development and optimisation of:
- ITSM processes - Incident Management and Change Management
- ”The Window into IT” - the coming dashboard for stakeholders in the VELUX Group giving relevant insight into performance, stability and overall health of our IT
- IT Service Delivery Reporting to support our IT Service owners, to follow up on IT vendors, and to identify areas for improvements
- Coordination of the collaboration between our internal and external IT vendors in relation to their common deliveries
- IT user satisfaction surveys including survey design and follow up on results, conclusions, and actions
- Operational End User Communication - tools and processes that ensure fast and accurate information regarding planned and unplanned downtimes
Related to the above, we expect you to ensure documentation at a reasonable level as a fundament for the dialogue with various stakeholders, and as starting point for future development. In order to ensure continuous improvement, you will also set development targets and KPI’s for each area.
You will have a regular dialogue with relevant stakeholders in the VELUX Group and our IT vendors to align needs, expectations and continuous improvements, and you will be involved in the development and implementation of improvement initiatives and follow up on their impact.
As you will be part of a global company, you must expect approx. 20 days of travel a year mostly to other Danish locations.
Your workplace can be in Kolding or in Hørsholm.
You have a higher education and several years of experience within IT Service Management or similar where you have gained solid knowledge of ITIL, service reporting and/or IT user satisfaction surveys. If you have completed ITILv3 Foundation Course with a certificate, it will definitely be a plus.
On a personal level, you are open and forthcoming and you communicate easily with people across professional, national and cultural borders. You are good at building lasting relations and you know that the key to success is built on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
With an independent and structured approach to task solving, you are excellent at visualising information and able to transform it into a language that everyone understands - both people with and without technical qualifications.
