Project Manager, Cloud Applications

3Shape’s cutting-edge TRIOS® 3D scanner for the dentist’s office has already started massively disrupting the dental industry. And it’s only getting better! We are therefore looking for a skilled project manager to communicate effectively with both developers and customers, to describe and summarize complex technical solutions working effectively within an agile development process.

To complete the leap from disruptive to mainstream technology, 3Shape needs to expand our suite of cloud applications. These empower dental professionals to collaborate digitally on the basis of 3D models, resulting in more comfortable, state-of-the-art treatments for patients. The future of dentistry is digital, and 3Shape is at the forefront of using cloud technologies to facilitate innovation in this space.

We are therefore looking for a skilled project manager for our 3Shape Communicate™ application suite. As a successful candidate, you should:

• communicate effectively with both developers and customers
• be able to understand, describe and summarize complex technical solutions
• work effectively within an agile development process
• have a mindset of continuous improvement
• have experience with software development and web applications
• possess a strong level of English - both written and verbal
• (bonus) have experience with build management and continuous integration systems, scripting, and automatic testing.

You will work in close collaboration with a highly effective scrum team of 6-8 members, and will be responsible for:

• Guiding the team’s efforts towards continuous delivery and automation of our quality control processes
• Ensuring that software releases are properly tested and documented
• Managing development projects with external customers
• Helping to achieve compliance with evolving cybersecurity and privacy standards
