On behalf of our Client, a large cloud provider in Copenhagen, Bloom is looking for an experienced and highly self-driven Customer Service Manager (CSM) with great understanding for Service, Sales and Technology.

The position will be based in Copenhagen. The company has a smaller team of Customer Service Managers located in the Nordic countries and there will good sparring possibilities with the rest of the team at all times.

 
Key responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager your main responsibility will be to ensure a very high customer satisfaction and minimize churn. You will be working closely with Sales and Operations teams, providing customers with single point of contact for all customer related issues. The CSM also has ownership of the customers´ services through being their advocate. You will mainly be working with major Danish accounts, but also customers in the Nordic region in general. Occasional traveling will therefore be required for this position.

 
You will be

  • Having regular meetings with the customer and hold service operations meetings, bringing in other parts of the company that benefits the customer relationship. Key agenda items will be service reporting, service improvement, and informing the customer on new products and services
  •  Analyzing performance and trends to report them externally and internally, driving improvements
  •  Working closely with other internal teams such as product management to improve the customer experience and evolve the solution and services in order to maintain the correct "fit"
  •  Monitoring all service management matters (e.g. documentation, processes, customer or supplier relationships, customer or supplier contracts etc. )

It is expected that you

  • Have min. 5 years of experience from a customer facing role
  • Have experience from the IT or Telecom Industry providing Managed Services to multinational companies
  • Have an extremely good commercial and technical understanding
  • Have experience in communicating on C-Level
  •  Master Danish and English fluent both in written and oral

It is an advantage if you have direct experience in working with multinational customers with solutions such as Network, Cloud Computing, Virtual Data Center Hosting Solutions, MPLS, Skype for Business etc.

  • Dedicated to the customer experience and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Extremely good at building relationships, both internally and externally
  • Used to naturally take initiative and ownership and see issues to full conclusion in an expedient manner
  • Highly self driven
  • Calm and confident under pressure as well as structured and analytical
  • A clear and effective communicator, able to communicate and handle matters on C-level
