Business Application Manager - bridging Wind Power and IT
Are you a strong facilitator and do you have experience with application management in a large organisation?
Join us and become one of our skilled specialists in Information Management Systems, where you will work with application operation and development. We are a consultancy unit that coordinates the interaction between our Wind Power business unit and IT. We do this through service delivery management, project participation and IT consultancy assignments.
Information Management Systems is part of Group IT who supports the entire business and ensure that the company operates as a focused and responsible company. In Information Management Systems, we specifically support the business area Wind Power.
You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area.
Your key tasks will be to
- be responsible for the coordination of the operation and the development of applications supporting Wind Power
- manage relationships with key stakeholders in Wind Power and IT
- manage SLA expectations and align these with technical and staffing options
- ensure internal coordination in IT in regards to relationships between applications, platforms and infrastructure
- manage external vendor relationship on an overall level
- manage application service lifecycle and roadmap
- ensure updated documentation
- participate in IT projects as project member or as project responsible for minor projects.
Moreover, you will have a large contact base throughout the organisation and be responsible for aligning business expectations with system performance and features through handling and prioritisation of change requests and identification of system development projects.
Your qualifications and core competences include that you
- hold a relevant master’s degree or similar
- have several years of experience with application management in a large organisation
- have a good understanding of IT systems, both from a system perspective and from a process and user perspective
- know how to collect and understand business demands and translate them into IT requirements
- find satisfaction in creating structure in a complex environment
- speak and write Danish and English fluently.
