Project Manager, Strategy & Business Development

In support of our new global strategy focusing on Digitalization and Sustainability PrimeServ – the After Sales division for four- stroke engines at MAN Energy Solutions in Denmark – is looking for a Project Manager who can take responsibility for our strategic initiatives.

You will be part of a team of project managers focusing on both local and worldwide projects in corporation with our colleagues around the globe.

Practical implementation of global initiatives
Your tasks includes administrating, leading and managing specific strategic projects throughout PrimeServ Four-Stroke as well as direct responsibility of managing the overall project portfolio in our organization. This with a direct reference to the management of PrimeServ Four-Stroke.

Your main tasks are:

• Establish and drive strategic projects to support the overall digitalization and sustainability implementation
• Workshop facilitation in both management and the rest of the organization
• Planning and maintaining communication of strategic initiatives
• Further development of a project culture and processes in PrimeServ Four-Stroke

Experienced, passionate, and strong communicator
With a graduate degree in business or engineering and experience within project management, you have obtained skills in planning, creating and implementing activities with a high focus on effect and Sales Excellence and Business Improvement in general. You are familiar with different ways of initiating and managing projects. For example workshop design, design thinking, business model creation and/or agile project management.

Being passionate about getting an impact, you are energetic and self-motivated and thrives with a role where you are in contact with many people. You have a positive and enthusiastic approach, and with a winning and open-minded personality, you have a natural flair for building relationships to business partners and colleagues. You are an empathetic listener who are able to relate to others. Focusing on the user reception, you love to make your ideas come to live through vivid and effective communication.
