In addition, are you analytical by nature with an ingenious mindset and a natural high drive? Then you could be our new colleague working end-to-end with quality assurance from product development to mass production.

Your challenges
We are looking for a new colleague for our Quality Assurance team in charge of defining and implementing methods, tools and structure to support the Quality Assurance Process. Our new colleague in this position will be based in either Skjern or Østbirk.

As Project Manager Quality Assurance you will be responsible for tools and methods, you will be an important and integrated part of the project team and your overall focus will be to ensure transparency in the projects from specifications to validation and the continuous risk assessment.

You will be one of the driving forces in building up an Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)/design for 6-sigma environment, facilitating tools and methods while maintaining an overview of the processes and their progress. This will be an important aspect, as the organisation and its processes mature in the overall Quality domain.

Your primary tasks will entail to:

  • Be an active partner in projects with Quality Assurance focusing on the project process from performance specification to validation
  • Be an active partner who drives and facilitates quality planning, embedding quality activities, identification and handling of Critical to Quality in projects and tasks

  • Being a strong change agent in the implementation and facilitation of processes

Your qualifications
We expect you to have an Engineering degree or other relevant technical background maybe from a similar position. Experience with change management as well as implementation and facilitation of processes will be a strong advantage.

Working in a matrix organisation requires the ability to balance different priorities and gaining clear commitments and keeping a holistic approach to cross-functional collaboration as well as good stakeholder management” says Peter Bisgaard, Director, Global Quality Assurance, whom you will be reporting to.

On a personal level, you are a self-starter, who thrive on driving and completing projects. You are socially intelligent with the ability to build lasting relations and you know when to listen and to consult others. You can coach and lead the way by being the good example.

Your opportunities
You will be part of an international company where commitment and mutual respect are among our core values. Teamwork and professionalism is essential to the way we work. We believe in empowering people, and we support this through delegating responsibility and investing in people who strive to make a difference.
