We are looking for a thorough and structured Tender Manager, with excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starting mentality. You will play an important role in the overall tendering and client development process, taking instruction from the Head of Sales, Commercial Sales Manager and Technical Sales Manager.

This includes:

  • Receive and review of tenders and other client enquiries; identify, coordinate and manage deliverables to a high professional standard.
  • Perform internal pricing and risk calculations, including optimization of tooling for such purposes.
  • Facilitate legal review with internal and external resources.
  • Interaction with subcontractors, including selection, follow-up, and negotiation.
  • Once performance has been proven, direct contact with clients during negotiation and project execution phase, including some travelling and conference visits.

The position is Copenhagen-based and is a great opportunity for a professional interested in furthering a commercial career with a growing and leading offshore wind marine installation contractor, backed by a stable parent company. The candidate must enjoy working in an informal, but fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be willing to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.

Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be structured, with an ability to independently organize their own workload within set deadlines, and hold a very attentive eye for detail. Minimum B.Sc-level education. Professional experience in offshore wind or other relevant industry such as oil & gas, marine contracting or offshore service vessels is preferred, ideally including experience with tender processes, negotiations or contract management. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in the offshore wind sector.

The successful candidate must have a good command of English both written and spoken, Scandinavian languages would be beneficial. Proficiency in other languages relevant for the offshore wind industry is also of benefit. The candidate must also have competency in standard IT packages, ideally also from risk and/or pricing software.

Newly graduated candidates, or candidates without professional experience within a relevant industry, can also be considered for an entry-level role.
