Provide expert technical support to our distributors and end-users
Based at a home office in the Jönköping/Västerås area, you will become part of a sales team of 8 persons who cover the Nordic countries, UK and Ireland. Your primary tasks will be to support, educate and train our customers. Technical support will be handled through either email, telephone or on site at our customer premises.

In this position, you will have direct exposure to our customers. We are looking for a candidate with a commercial mindset. Fulfilling this position requires some travel activity (approx. 20-40 days annually).

Your role will also include the following tasks:

  • Providing technical support to distributors
  • Conducting technical training programs for distributors
  • Developing distributors/end-users technical knowledge and abilities with regards to Universal Robots and applications
  • Participating in customer visits
  • Participating in trade shows and seminars

Qualifications
To gain success in the job it is important that you are outgoing, service-minded and that you can commit at different organizational levels and in different correlations. The job also demands that you have documented practical experience within automation and/or robot programming. Furthermore, you have experience with technical training and customer visits.
To be considered for the job, it is vital that you are fluent in English, and a very good command of Nordic languages is considered a plus. Today, you work as a Technical Supporter, an Automation Technician, an Application Engineer or similar.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering related subjects
  • Two-three years’ experience in robotics/automation industry or similar background
  • Experience in conducting seminars/trainings and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with hands-on system integration is a plus
