Sales Excellence is part of the Global Sales & Marketing function residing in our competence centers in either Pamplona Spain or Brande Denmark. In Global Sales Excellence we are responsible for sales processes and tools/ applications. As we speak, we are developing new digital tools to enable our internal sales organization to become more productive and agile and ensuring greater proximity to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with some really cool stuff inside a very dedicated team of individuals. As student worker within Global Sales Excellence you will aid the team working with the development of our TQ Tool which is an integral part of our Sales Process.

How to contribute to our vision

You will mainly support the team managing our technical approval process and the tool supporting it.

 The main areas where you would be directly involved are:

  • Content management and maintenance: run regular reviews with stakeholders, and upload the new changes into the system
  • Act as first line support to our +1500 users.
  • Report system bugs to our internal team of developers.
  • Test bug fixes before deployment.
  • Manage the team mail box.
  • Be responsible for our communication towards our stakeholders: Create power point presentations, newsletters regarding recent chances, new releases and important updates

What you need to make a difference

  • You are at the end of your Bachelor or beginning of your Master program
  • You are studying within the field of IT, software development, data science or similar.
  • You have some knowledge within .Net, Entity Framework, and Azure DevOps
  • You thrive in a professional environment related to process and stakeholder management, technical content and sales.
  • You enjoy making power point presentations, newsletter and communication emails.
  • You thrive in an agile and fast changing environment with short deadlines.
  • You possess excellent English skills.
  • You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like to work in a team.
