Being part of the MAN |PrimeServ Denmark team, MAN Energy Solutions, you will be servicing international customers mainly within the marine industry. The After Sales organization is supported by more than 100 service hubs worldwide and we want to be the customers preferred Service Partner and build up long-term relations to our customers.

The MAN PrimeServ Product Management & Claims, Spare Parts team consist of 8 people working with the product portfolio and claims handling for the spare parts business. We service our MAN PrimeServ customers all over the world in close collaboration with sales, sales support, supply chain, finance, quality control and other internal stakeholders.

The job
As a student worker in the Product Management & Claims team, your main focus is to assist on projects in the team, write communication and handle ad hoc support on claims and product launches. The more administrative tasks will consist of assisting the claims team with claims handling, invoicing, dunning, general follow up etc. The key responsibilities will be:

  • Assist with various tasks regarding claims, e.g. invoicing, dunning, follow-up on claims etc.
  • Help build and describe procedures and processes for claims handling.
  • Assist on claims handling.
  • Handle ad hoc support on product management projects and product launches, e.g. data collection, building presentations, coordination of internal communication etc.
  • Follow up on active product initiatives.
  • Write communication for updating stakeholders on new projects, changes in procedures etc.
  • Handle ad hoc claims assignments.

Qualifications
Our new student worker is proactive with a structured and quality-oriented approach to your assignments. You are able to work independently, reach deadlines and manage projects. You are able to work structured and have a good commercial understanding.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in writing (English)
  • Experience working with MS Excel and Powerpoint is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
  • You are an independent, motivated learner and a collaborative team player.
  • Good organizational skills
  • ‘People person’ who likes engaging and communicating with lots of different people
  • As we are interested in a longer commitment, any student that is beyond his/her first semester in a Master programme is not of interest for us.
  • You are expected to work around 15-20 hours per week.
