What is the job about?
As you will be involved in real-life challenges and tasks, you assist with a wide range of assignments within the specific function. This could e.g. be to participate in designing and executing customer surveys, participate in CRM projects in connection to sales excellence or initiatives related to sales optimisation in the Regions. You participate in the projects on equal terms with other project participants and thus you will have specific deliveries to the project. As such, you need to show us where you can contribute with your experience and knowledge, and actively take part in defining your tasks. As we have numerous other students, you will participate in our internal network hosted by the Graduates in Grundfos Graduate Programme. Here you can meet with other students to share experiences, gain more insight or just have fun in “Archimedes’ Club”.

What do you need to apply?
To be considered for a student opportunity within Sales and Marketing, you are studying at master’s level within Business Administration or possibly Engineering - with a commercial focus. You have an international outlook and speak and write fluent English. We expect you to proactively take initiative on new assignments, while taking responsibility to follow through with them. You are ambitious with the intention to add value to the company, you join. It is important that you want to share new ideas and perspectives as well as push the existing boundaries to help move us forward.
