Our Packaging area of Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is looking for a student assistant to support us with various projects. Our new colleague possesses strong communication skill and is interested in helping others. About DMD and Packaging

Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects in a complex, international, and highly regulated area.
Packaging is a global department located in Denmark and anchored at each strategic local site. We design and develop equipment for packaging processes for the devices utilized in our final clinical and commercial products, the finished product.
Tasks include:
• Preparing visual communication products and developing and maintaining our SharePoint sites.
• Exploring new technologies and programmes to advance communication, collaboration, and workflow internally within the department.
• Supporting in planning and executing various internal events and meetings.
• Providing various management support related to, among other things, internal wellbeing, communication, and onboarding.
About you:
Our next student can have various academic backgrounds, such as business admin-istration, HR, communication, engineering, multimedia design, or marketing at the bachelor’s or master’s level in their first year. The most important thing is that you are eager to learn, structured, and have a strong digital mindset and communication skills.
• Excellent English skills and a flair for translating complex topics into effective communication.
• Structured, independent, detail-oriented, and able to maintain an overview and manage concurrent tasks.
• A digital mindset, experience, or knowledge about UX design and website de-sign is an advantage.
• Strong graphical skills and a flair for design. PowerPoint and image editing ex-perience is an advantage.
The position is approximately 20 hours per week. Time and working days are flexible and based on agreement with the team.
